Exchange Policy

At Green Choice, we strive to ensure that every "Recipe" we ship meets the high standards of our 100% handcrafted quality. Because our products are personal care items and small-batch crafted, we have specific guidelines for exchanges to maintain hygiene and safety for all our consumers.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or with a significant manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a replacement.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive a product different from what you ordered (e.g., an incorrect pack configuration), we will arrange an exchange for the correct item.

  • Time Frame: Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery to be considered.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Unused & Unopened: To be eligible, the soap bars must be in their original, natural and organic feel packaging, including the outer box and any security seals.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order confirmation from our official e-commerce listing is required.

  • Personal Care Nature: Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept exchanges for products that have been unwrapped or used, even once, due to hygiene requirements.

The Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our team via the Contact Us page with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  2. Evaluation: Our team will review the details to ensure the request meets our artisanal quality standards.

  3. Pickup & Replacement: Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the original item and dispatch your fresh, handcrafted replacement.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

  • Aroma & Texture Variations: As our products feature visible botanical ingredients and are small-batch crafted, slight variations in scent or appearance are natural and not considered defects.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer exchanges if you simply change your mind after the product has been dispatched.
